Service Description
The Private Diagnostic service provides a focused 45-minute session dedicated to addressing a specific challenge. - The process begins before the session itself, with initial insights gathered through our intake process so by the time we meet, work is underway. - We collaboratively analyze patterns and connections to uncover underlying issues and friction. - This targeted approach fosters progress and facilitates a clear path forward, ensuring you leave with actionable strategies or a restructured process.
Cancellation Policy
Your engagement begins before we meet. Once your completed intake has been submitted, I begin reviewing and analyzing your information in preparation for our work together. Because substantive work takes place in advance of your session, 50% of your payment becomes non-refundable once your intake has been submitted and my review has begun. If you cancel after that point, the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours notice, and your full payment will transfer to the rescheduled session. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
