Completion Session
Stop procrastinating and start finishing your most important tasks.
Service Description
A one-on-one focused working session for something that needs to get done but hasn't. Bring one task, process, decision, or piece of life admin that you've been unable to move forward on. We'll work through it together in real time, whether that means figuring out where to start, researching what you need, breaking through the complicated process, making calls, completing forms, sequencing the steps, or simply having another brain in the room until it's done. Good for things like: - Handling accumulated life admin tasks - Scheduling appointments, applications, claims, benefits - Researching options and making a decision - Navigating confusing or bureaucratic processes - Starting or finishing avoided tasks - Managing emails and paperwork - Organizing the steps for something that has become overwhelming - Body doubling for support while completing tasks Completion Sessions are designed for work we can reasonably tackle together during the session. If during your inquiry it looks like the task will require work beyond the scope of a Completion Session, I'll tell you what I recommend instead. If working on the underlying mechanism is what needs to occur, I recommend my Diagnostic or Intensive.
Cancellation Policy
Your engagement begins before we meet. Once your completed intake has been submitted, I begin reviewing and analyzing your information in preparation for our work together. Because substantive work takes place in advance of your session, 50% of your payment becomes non-refundable once your intake has been submitted and my review has begun. If you cancel after that point, the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours notice, and your full payment will transfer to the rescheduled session. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
